Bandsaw Radius Chart
This chart shows the minimum cutting radius for a given bandsaw blade width. The metal bandsaw in our studio is typically fitted with a 3/4" (.75") wide blade. Be sure to use cutting fluid to reduce heat and wear on the bandsaw blade when cutting metal.
